Terms and Conditions of the "Pocket Rocket airdrop" Promotion

General Information

The Organizer of the Promotion is Whitechain.

The Promotion period will commence on 03/12/2025 and conclude on 03/31/2025 at (10:00) (by UTC).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all territories worldwide, except for the following jurisdictions:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, American Samoa, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bolivia, Brunei, Burundi, Canada, China, Colombia, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, India, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, North Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malawi, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Namibia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestine, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, United Kingdom, USA, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe, U.S. Virgin Islands, Territory of Guam, Puerto Rico, The Northern Mariana Islands, Transnistria, temporarily occupied territories of Georgia, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Western Sahara, Federal Republic of Ambazonia, temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their participation is not prohibited or restricted by the laws or regulations of their jurisdiction. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and may request proof of residency or location if necessary.

Purpose of the Promotion

The Promotion is organized with the primary objective of promoting the services provided by WhiteBIT.

Participation Conditions

The Promotion is not considered a game of chance, lottery, gambling service, or contest. These Terms and Conditions do not constitute a public commitment to reward participants.

Eligible Participants

Participants of the Promotion must be adult (individuals over the age of 18 years) residents of non-prohibited countries who have met the following conditions:

  • Registered on the platform WhiteBIT and passed KYC;
  • Participated in the Space game and earned a minimum 50,000,000 crystals during the Promotion period;
  • Connected their WhiteBIT account in the Settings of the Space game;
  • Connected their wallet address from Whitewallet mobile application.

Additional Optional Criteria

Participants may also fulfill additional optional criteria to take part in the Promotion:

  • Total ships amount - purchased ships amount by Participants;
  • Total referrals amount - users that entered the Space game through Participants' referral links;
  • Ships for stars - purchased ships for Telegram Stars by Participants;
  • Total passive income amount - crystals earned through game mechanic passive income by Participants;
  • Total battles - total Participants battle amount;
  • Battles win rate - total Participants battle win rate;
  • Total shooter games - total Participants shooter game amount.

Disqualification and Restrictions

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify Participants in the Promotion for the following prohibited gaming activities:

  • Participants must not play with themselves in order to gain the battles amount;
  • Participants cannot gain game points other than through screen tapping and using game mechanics.

IMPORTANT! While participating in the Promotion, it is forbidden to register on the exchange several times (use several accounts). Participants with multiple accounts will be disqualified. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each Participant may register only once (have only one account). The use of multiple accounts (multi-accounts and/or Sub-Accounts) or cooperation with affiliated users and/or users of Sub-Accounts belonging to the Participant for manipulating orders is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts without the owner's consent. In the case of detecting the creation of several accounts, the Organizer reserves the right to close the second created account and any subsequent multi-accounts.

Participants' data in the Promotion will be processed to ensure participation and to establish marketing, advertising, tax, and accounting relations.

Participants who are employees, representatives, or agents of the Organizer, or their relatives (up to the second degree of kinship), are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. If, when awarding the Prize, it is determined that Participants do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms, they will not be entitled to receive the Prize.

Prize Pool and Distribution

Participants who fulfill all Promotion Terms become the Winners and win Prizes from the General Prize Pool:

  • Total Tokens: 1,000,000,000 Rocket tokens

The Prize Pool will be shared according to the following assignment:

  • The prize will be proportionally distributed among all Winners who have completed the terms of promotion.
  • Unlimited Winners can participate, but a Winner may receive the Prize only once.

The Organizer forms a List of Winners based on the results of the Promotion compiled during the period between (03/31) 2025 and (04/01) 2025.

If it proves impracticable to contact the Winners or if the Winners fail to comply with these Terms, such Winners shall forfeit their entitlement to the Winner status.

Prize Distribution

  • Winners will be officially announced period between **(04/02) 2025 and (04/08) 2025.via the Pocket Rocket landing page: https://pocketrocketgame.io
  • The Winner receives the Prize free of charge, however, all additional costs connected to the Prize accrual such as gas fees are not included in the Prize itself and therefore are covered by the Winner.
  • The Prize is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and the Promotion Winner is not entitled to demand any additional compensation from the Organizer.
  • The Organizer assumes no warranty obligations for the Prize received within the ambit of this Promotion and under the conditions specified in these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Organizer will send a request to claim the Prizes to the Winners’ Whitechain addresses in the Whitewallet mobile application. The request can be found on the Main screen as a clickable banner. Participants must claim their Prizes within two weeks of their expiration.
  • The Prizes will be sent to the Participant's Whitechain wallet address once they approve a transaction after the claim. The Organizer will later determine the prize distribution date.

In the event that the Winners do not receive the Prize, assuming they were eligible for it, or encounter any other difficulties, it is required for the Winners to contact the online support at https://whitechain.io/, email [email protected], or engage with the Organizer’s agents in live chat by no later than the 04/21 2025, inclusively. If the Winners fail to make contact regarding the issue of non-receipt of the Prize by the specified date, they will forfeit their right to receive the Prize.

Winners determined by the Promotion results cannot transfer the rights to receive the Prize to any third parties.

The Winner of the Promotion is entitled to refuse the Prize.

Data Privacy and Consent

The Organizer does not provide compensation for any additional expenses arising from the Winner's receipt of the Prize. The tax on the Prize income the Winners receive will be carried out as per the prevailing legislation of the territory of the Winner.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that any voluntarily provided information, including personal data, may be processed by the Organizer or third parties engaged by the Organizer to conduct the Promotion and perform all necessary related activities. This includes but is not limited to, informing Participants about the results of the Promotion through advertising or other means. Participants may also receive further information, particularly of an advertising nature, about subsequent events, competitions, promotions, or raffles organized by the Organizer. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Participants explicitly consent to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer and/or other authorized entities. Participants confirm their complete understanding and necessary awareness of the purposes for processing the provided information and the privacy policy, accessible at: https://whitechain.io/privacy-policy.

Final Provisions

By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their consent to the use of their surnames and first names without any financial compensation. Participants also agree to comply with all other Terms of the Promotion. Winners additionally confirm their agreement to participate in advertising interviews regarding their participation in the Promotion, including media platforms such as radio and television, and to be photographed to create graphic materials, without receiving any monetary compensation. The Organizer will own all exclusive intellectual property rights to such interviews and photographs.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion. In the event of any such changes, information regarding the amendments and modifications will be provided on the WhiteBIT website and the Organizer's official social media accounts.

The Organizer does not involve itself in resolving disputes that may arise between Participants of the Prize Promotion. In situations where there are ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms and/or matters that are not specifically addressed by these Terms, the Organizer of the Promotion will make the final decision following the applicable legal requirements. It is essential to recognize that the Organizer's decision is considered final and is not subject to appeal.

The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the operations or the services of telecommunications companies, postal services, and in particular, email, for any errors of employees of any enterprises/institutions/organizations that ensure the exchange of information and items as mentioned above between the Participants of the Promotion and the Organizer, or the circumstances which may result in where the postal items were not received, received late, became lost or damaged.

In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies arising from translation across multiple languages utilized in the Promotion, the English rendition will be deemed authoritative and supersede all other versions.
